Elena at 18 Months

Elena. This little girl is quite a handful.  She likes to pick out her own clothing and accessories.  They don't match and the more color the better.  One Sunday I put her in a black and white outfit and then I put Logan in an orange and blue dress shirt.  Elena became angry that she couldn't wear the colorful shirt.  Oddly enough, she hates wearing socks.  No matter how colorful.  She always takes them off.

Her favorite foods are "appy" (apple), bwopwee (broccoli), and cucumber.  Like Logan she also loves noodles.
She is becoming quite a little momma too.  She has me put diapers and clothes on her dolls (she calls them babies).
She has a very large vocabulary.  Until recently you couldn't tell because Elena is difficult to understand.  She can definitely tell you "I want..." and "I need..." but what it is that she wants is usually harder to grasp.  When she says please it actually comes out as "baaaa" and I have no idea why.
She's learned the first children's catechism answer.  Who made you?  "Gaaww"
She loves to pray as a family and is absorbing the Lord's prayer every night with us before she goes to bed.
